Aaaagh has it seriously been that long since the last actual serious update?
Sorry, we've been busy! However, we've got some new stuff cooking here, and you'll get to see/hear it all soon. Expect the following:
- New release shortly (not the full-length album, but I figure it's about time I prove we're still alive)
- Major site redesign
- More frequent/actually interesting updates/newsletters
- Probably some kind of videos
- A few people have asked for forums, so that'll probably happen too.
In the meantime, Facebook users can check out the newish BOX TEAM Facebook page and add themselves as fans or whatever. People who list themselves as fans on Facebook wind up being a little more "in the loop", as I tend to post things/send updates there from time to time, so some of you might be interested in that.
A lot has changed since we released the S.K.O.K. single in 2006, and we feel like the latest stuff we've been working on is even better. We are pleasantly surprised that so many people actually seem to care about our retarded beep music, and we think the differences in our newer work will pleasantly surprise our fans in turn.

2006-10-24 23:09:06: ALBUM UPDATE
O! K! 1! 2!
The speed of production of the upcoming album has been picking up a bit. I'm going to say, tentatively, that the album will be made available in January 2007. It will be distributed through CD Baby, direct from us, on a number of pay-to-download services like iTunes, through a number of record stores in the vicinity of Tucson, Arizona, and will be orderable through a number of entertainment chain stores such as Hastings (it'll be readily available in-store at many Hastings locations in Arizona). Apparent popularity of the S.K.O.K. single in Japan has led me to look into setting up some sort of distribution deal there — we'll see what happens with that, but in the meantime, we'll be accepting direct-from-artist orders shipping to Japan or anywhere else in the immediately known world.
